GASTRONOMY OCAÑERA  T his blog is created so that people know a little about our Ocañera gastronomic tradition. I love my city very much, so I want many people to know something about our traditional food. The pan ocañero has become a gastronomic delight at the national level. Another food that visitors to Ocaña adore is the cebollitas ocañeras that can be accompanied with the famous ajiaco, the arepa con queso, among other foods. There are companies in the region that distribute our famous pan ocañero; one of those companies is Tu Pan Gourmet. AREPA OCAÑERA The typical main dish is the arepa ocañera, especially the one with cheese, it is made of stacked corn and is the daily food of the ocañeros.
